Chantal Biya
Chantal Pulchérie Vigouroux was born on December 4, 1969, in Dimako, a town in Cameroon’s East Province. Her father, Georges Vigouroux, was a French expatriate, and her mother, Rosette Ndongo Mengolo, a Cameroonian, later became the mayor of Bangou. Chantal spent much of her youth in Yaoundé, Cameroon’s capital, where she completed her secondary education.
